Mr. Harrison Kariuki is the acting CEO/Secretary and Director of Corporate Services. He is a seasoned Public Finance Expert with over 16 years of work experience in public and private sector finance and Audit. Ms Millicent Okatch
Millicent is the Director of Research & Knowledge Management. She holds a Masters of Arts Degree with specialization in Sociology and Community Development and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Communication both from the University of Nairobi. She is a certified Bullet Proof Management and Development specialist having been trained by APMG and Raiser Group. Millicent is a results-oriented, hands-on Social Development expert, with a successful 19-year career, having worked for various International Relief and Development Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in different capacities. Mr. Kyalo Mwengi
Mr. Kyalo Mwengi is the Deputy Director Legal Services. He is an advocate of the high court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Legislation (BSL), Bachelors in Laws (LLB) from Dr. Babasahab Ambadkar Marathwada University, India and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.  
Mr. Liban Guyo
Mr. Liban Guyo is the Deputy Director Peace Building and Reconciliation. Liban Guyo is a social cohesion, peacebuilding, mediation and conflict analyst and transformation practitioner with more than 15 years of experience working in government, civil society and the private sector in Kenya. Liban is also experienced in design, development and implementation of public policies with advanced peace and cohesion in Kenya and the East African Region. Liban is an experienced trainer. He has designed and delivered several thematic trainings and workshop to organizations such as: GIZ, UNDP, Interpeace, DDG (Danish Deming Group), ISS (Institute of Security Studies), Kenya Police Service, United Religious Initiative, Interreligious Council of Kenya and African Alliance for Peace. Olive C. Metet, MPRSK
MS. Metet is the Deputy Director Corporate Communications. She has over 13 years in the field of Corporate Communication and Knowledge Management. She has excellent skills in Strategic Corporate Communications and Public Relations, spearheading award winning publications as well as media campaigns having grown through the ranks, from a public relations officer to Head of Corporate Communications and Customer Experience. She joined the Commission from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) among working in other Government Parastatal. She holds a Masters of Arts Communication Studies from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Arts degree Communication-Public Relations (Honors) from the Daystar University. She is a member of Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK). She spearheads and manages communication and knowledge function at the Commission.  
Mr. Kilian Nyambu Machila
Mr. Kilian Nyambu is the Deputy Director Public Education and Engagement. He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Educational Administration and Planning as well as Bachelor of Education (Arts) degree from the University of Nairobi. Mr. Nyambu has over 20 years of experience in working with the public sector. Before joining the Commission, Mr. Nyambu worked for the Ministries of Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs as well as Youth and Sports as an Assistant Director, in charge of National Cohesion and Youth Training respectively. He has also served as a teacher, Head of Department and Deputy Principal in a number of secondary schools in Kenya. Mr. Nyambu has multiple certificates in various management programmes from different training institutions including the Kenya School of Administration. He also serves in several committees and secondary school boards of Management.
CHRP Caroline W.Gateru
Caroline Gateru is the Deputy Director Human Resource and Administration in the Commission. She has extensive experience in the field of HR having worked for over 15 years in the public sector. Caroline is industrious, thorough and meticulous in her work, this has enabled her built a successful career in HR. She has championed the development and review of HR Policy documents including the HR manual, organizational structure and establishment, code of conduct, career progression, service charter, performance management and rewards policy among others. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP). In addition to this she holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelors Degree in Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM and a Diploma in IT. She is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management in Kenya. She is currently finalizing her Doctorate in HRM.
John-David Odhiambo
John-David Odhiambo is a seasoned supply chain expert. He is the Deputy Director Supply Chain Management of the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) responsible for development and implementation of the Commission’s supply chain management policies, strategies and procedures. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Science from the University of Nairobi, and a Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management from the Chartered Institute of Supplies (CIPS), United Kingdom (UK). Prior to joining NCIC, he worked for various institutions including the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies Management or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), UK.
