The Commission, on 15th January 2015 participated in a peace festival in Mombasa County to enhance its reach and partnerships in promoting peaceful coexistence in Kenya. Themed “Our Diversity, Our strength”, the event organised by Human Rights Agenda (HURIA) brought together 35 youth organizations using theatre to promote peace. The Commission was represented by Commissioners Dr. Roba Sharamo and Prof. Naituli Gitile.
