NCIC Vice Chairperson Commissioner Wambui Nyutu OGW and Commissioner Sam Kona are in a consultative forum to discuss and develop a conditional grant concept for a programme  for the Amaya Triangle Initiative (ATI) at the County Hall - Laikipia Governors Office. The ATI brings together the four (4) Counties of Baringo,Laikipia, Samburu and Isiolo with the aim of adopting sustainable policy approach towards addressing the common development challenges   on insecurity, resource conflicts, food insecurity, environmental issues,drought emergencies, natural resources management, and livelihoods among others. The consultative forum is attended by the Governor of Laikipia H.E  Hon. Nderitu Muriithi and Deputy Governors of Isiolo, Samburu and Baringo Counties, County Commissioners from the four (4 ) Counties among other County Government Officers and  partners.
