The Commission through the Complaints, Legal and Enforcement department will be engaging various stakeholders in Murang’a County on November 30 and December 1, 2020. The objective of the forums will be to engage with the participants and conduct sensitization on hatespeech management. The department will host Members of County Assembly (MCAs) and opinion leaders. Through the forum, the department will be able to assist the participants understand what constitutes hatespeech and its related offences while also aiding them detect, condemn and report hate speech related incidents.
