The objective of the workshop was to enhance understanding of the Amani Clubs guidelines and enable participants to establish and sustain Amani Clubs in their respective institutions.

In its workshop covered a wide range of topics which included; formation, role and vision of NCIC, Amani Club Formation in schools and the partnerships plan, achievements by various counties, to look at Rwanda before, during and after the genocide against the Tutsi to the current status of Kenya, impacts of Kitui county Amani clubs since the launch in June 2016 and the way forward for Kitui county Amani clubs.
